Who is eligible for the Cuddles New Business Program?

✅ Qualify
  • Any pet‑care business based in the U.S. and Canada: Grooming, daycare, boarding, training, and retail.
  • Launched within the last 12 months
❌ Do Not Qualify
  • Expansions (2nd+ location or unit)
  • Businesses in operation for over a year
  • Franchises

What is the program structure?

100% virtual, 5‑week accelerator 🚀 Live, hands‑on workshops in customer experience, marketing, finance, tech & HR 🐾 Packed with templates and expert tips that take you from idea to launch.

How is the review process, and how long before I get a response?

Our team reviews applications every two weeks 🗓️. You’ll get a response within 14 days. If we’re excited to move forward, we’ll invite you to our next cohort (every March or August).
