How do I apply for CuddlesPay?

Applying to CuddlesPay is easy and takes 5-10 minutes. Click on the “Payments” tab within the software’s main menu, where step-by-step instructions will welcome you.

How long does it take to get approved for CuddlesPay?

Most CuddlesPay applications are approved within minutes. It may take a few business days in other cases. You must be approved before collecting payments.

How much does the POS terminal cost?

  • Cuddles S1F2 with printing capability is $399.
  • Cuddles S1E without printing capability is $379.

How can I order the POS terminal?

You can order the Cuddles POS terminals by clicking on the “Payments” tab within the software’s main menu, followed by “Terminals”.

How long does it take for a POS terminal to be delivered?

POS terminals usually take 3-7 business days to be delivered depending on the shipping destination. Not to worry, you can still process payments by keying-in the debit or credit card when checking a client out within the Cuddles software.

How quickly do I get paid?

The speed of deposits varies depending on your banking provider. However, most clients are funded within 2 business days.

Do you have Quickbooks or Xero integrations?

We are working on getting you accounting software integrations. In the meantime, you can use our downloadable Sales Report to reconcile transactions.

I no longer want to use CuddlesPay, what do I do?

What documents do I need to provide to sign-up for CuddlesPay?

  • Business Docs: Must show legal business name, address, and Employer Identification Number (EIN).
  • Personal Docs: Color photo or scan of the complete front and back sides of your government-issued ID.
  • Bank Docs: Provide a bank statement, voided check, or online banking screenshot. It should clearly show the bank logo, your account number, and your name.
